About Our Compliance

Compliance is an area which some doctors can see as a long drawn out process but this is the most important one. We are very confident in what we do so we will aim to have your CV approved and a job offer for you before you have to commit to undertaking this but it’s always good to have in place for when the right role does arise.

What do you need?

  • Up to date CV
  • References – we will obtain references in line with your CV and covering a minimum period of 3 years.
  • Passport and Visa (if required)
  • DBS – if you currently hold a valid DBS check and if you are a member of the DBS Update service, please provide me with a copy of said DBS form along with a written confirmation that you are happy for us to proceed with requesting the update; if you do not hold an in date DBS check or if you have not subscribed to the update service, we will have to obtain our own DBS check

    Documents required for DBS: In addition to your passport, we will also require 2 confirmations of your current address, e.g. utility bill/bank statement dated within the last 6 months and/or mortgage statement/HMRC tax notification/council tax statement dated within the last 12 months. Should you have any issues with providing us with the required documents we will then discuss alternative options. Furthermore, we will require your 5 years address history.

  • Annual GMC/Annual retention fee confirmation letter
  • BLS/ALS Certificate
  • Immunisation Reports – please provide us with a proof of immunity to the following:
    • Hep B (titre reading)
    • Measles + Rubella (either individual serology reports or 2xMMR vaccinations)
    • BCG Scar Confirmation
    • Varicella
    • HIV (EPP)
    • Hep C (EPP)
    • Hep B Sa (EPP)

Face to Face Interviews

We ensure that candidates are competent for any roles we put them forward for by conducting face to face interviews for every role.

Enhanced DBS Checks

Each candidate will complete an enhanced DBS check to ensure that they are safe to work with vulnerable adults and children in a medical environment.

Pre-Employment Health Check

All of our candidates will be asked to complete a pre-employment health check. This ensures that they are able to start work as soon as possible.
